Amanda is a Speech Pathologist with extensive experience working with children and their families in the health and education fields. She is a specialist in the area of child and adolescent mental health, having spent over 10 years working with children and adolescents with significant social, emotional, behavioural and developmental difficulties.
Amanda’s clinical specialties include social skills group therapy and working with school aged children and adolescents with communication deficits.
In addition to working with children and their families, Amanda has been involved in providing postgraduate training for the school of Psychiatry and Professional Development within the Departments of Health and Education and Speech Pathology Australia.
Amanda has also been involved in Western Australian state policy development for the management of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Amanda is highly regarded in her field as an expert in working with children and adolescents with social, language, learning, and emotional-behavioural difficulties.
